Born and raised in the Bay Area of California, Alejandro discovered an inherent passion for the art of cinematography. From a young age, he was enthralled by the interplay of light and shadow, the mesmerizing movements of actors on screen, and the profound impact of storytelling through the lens of a camera. This deep-rooted fascination became the driving force behind his relentless pursuit of artistic excellence and his journey as a cinematographer.

Seeking to immerse himself in the world of cinema, Alejandro embarked on a transformative adventure to the bustling city of Los Angeles. Over the course of seven influential years, he called Los Angeles home. This environment proved instrumental in shaping his skills and refining his unique artistic perspective. Today, with several feature films, countless commercial spots, and music videos under his belt, Alejandro resides in Atlanta, GA where is now a bi-coastal director of photography. He has worked on a wide range of projects from feature films (My Dead Dad, The Idea of Progress, Saffron Kingdom) short films (Cycle, Groups of Two), music videos, and commercials (Grand Marnier, NFL, BMW).
